My colleagues call me the angel. The philosopher Henrik Syse is hired by the Norwegian National Bank, because the Norwegian State owns stocks in more than 3000 multinational companies. The revenue from the oil production in the North Sea is put into an enormous investment fund. No fortune in the world grows faster. But we Norwegians like to think of ourselves as the good guys. So the State has a plan for how we can secure our wealth and still behave ethically correct. The strategy is twofold, it is a good cop, bad cop strategy
